If my tank does not hold all the oil I have ordered ?

Please note you should check your tank before ordering.If the full amount of oil ordered cannot be taken in your tank. You will  be charged the  appropriate rate based on the number of litres delivered not on your ordered amount.

If the Seller finds that the tank is full or nearly full you will be refunded less and an aborted delivery charge of £20.00

What happens if i miss my delivery ?

Access must be available to the tank from the time of ordering and up to the processed delivery date 

If the customer has not left access or the tank is locked for any arranged delivery there will be a £20 aborted delivery charge

How do I pay?

Please note we only accept debit or credit cards as methods of payment.

Debit Cards are our prefererred payment method

When can I expect delivery of my order?

We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days.This may vary by location and due to seasonal demand.For urgent orders please speak to us and we will endeavour to deliver ASAP. However these may be subject to a small surcharge

Please note working days are Monday to Friday and access must be left from time of placing order.

Delivery Vehicles?

Please note we operate standard delivery tankers and are unable to provide deliveries that require a mini-tanker

Do you deliver through the house?

Please note we do not deliver through the house.

What if I cancel my order?

Any order cancelled after it has been placed is subject to a £20.00 aborted charge.

Refunds?

Refunds are processed through payments processor Worldpay and depending on your bank can take 3-10 days  to be credited back after processing 

Terms & Conditions

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide safe and suitable storage to receive the delivery of oil. The Company reserves the right to refuse to make delivery of the goods if the storage facility is inadequate, unsuitable or unsafe or access may be of a dangerousand or unsuitable  nature

The Buyer indemnifies the Company against claims, damages, expenses or costs which may arise as a result of the Buyer not observing these conditions.

Due to the nature of the product, the  Company shall not be responsible for oil traces made by the delivery tanker or equipment on the Buyer’s property.

The  Company shall not be responsible for any failure to make deliveries if fulfilment has been delayed, hindered or prevented by any circumstances whatsoever which are not within the  Company’s reasonable control (Force Majeure). Examples include adverse weather conditions, government actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, flood, explosion, strikes or other labour disputes and availaibilty of product from our suppliers

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order in the this case but will fully refund any payment processed.

The Company will record the delivery date,time and volume and description of the Goods delivered to you, and such records shall be deemed to be conclusive proof that the Goods have been delivered. If you believe that the information recorded is incorrect, then you must notify the  Company within 48 hours of receipt.

If the Company is unable to deliver the Goods to you because access has not been provided by you, the Company shall have no liability to for late delivery and an administrative charge may be applied to your account.

The  Company is supplying the delivery to you on the understanding that the oil is not misused or resold to a third party.

You must have paid in full for the volume of Goods ordered prior to delivery. The  Company will always try to deliver the agreed volume of Goods, but if we are unable to do so (e.g. if there is less space available in your tank than the ordered volume of Goods) then we will either apply a refund to you  or credit your account for future orders.. The  Company reserves the right to amend the pence per litre to reflect the appropriate price band for the volume of Goods actually delivered.

As of 13th January 2018 Credit card payments will incur no charge over the total amount of goods ordered. There is no extra charge for paying with a debit card. Card holder details must match the delivery details in order for us to process your order.

. Once your order has been accepted, the Company will make delivery of the goods to your address in accordance with the details provided by you. You must ensure that the  Company has the necessary vehicular access to your property.

All orders made over the  telephone are subject to these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Such amendments will be valid from the time they are uploaded to the website.Our privacy policy is line with new  May 2018 regulations

In the event of the buyer cancelling the order before delivery has been made, the Company reserves the right to apply a “cancellation charge” to the buyer’s account.Belfast Heating Oil is operated and distributed by Morrow Fuels
